Respite Care for family caregivers assisting loved ones who are aging, seriously ill, living with dementia, or recovering from brain injury—relieving stress and enabling continued care at home.
Connection & Daily Living Support, including assistance with everyday tasks that reduce isolation and promote independence.
Alzheimer’s & Dementia Support, offering care navigation and community resources for families facing cognitive decline.
Medical Equipment Loan Program, providing free access to durable medical equipment—enhancing safety, comfort, and dignity at home.
Certified Death Doula Services, delivering non-medical, end-of-life care grounded in compassion and choice.
Grief & Bereavement Services, offering structured support to clients, grieving the loss of a loved one(s).
Care Navigation, connecting clients to community healthcare providers and services across our local and regional network.
Empowerment
Healthy Aging Program, empowering adults 50+ through wellness activities that foster volunteering, connection, and lifelong learning.
Creative Arts Therapy, programming supporting dementia clients and caregivers through innovative, person-centered art practices.
Educational Outreach, delivering community programs and trainings on aging, caregiving, advance care planning, and the end-of-life transition.
Strategic Communications, sharing stories of impact, resources, and opportunities with more than 1,100 e-newsletter subscribers and over 1,200 households through our biannual print editions.
