This Interfaith Day of Learning is designed to equip you with the knowledge, resources, and connections to support individuals and families impacted by dementia, while fostering a dementia-aware and dementia-friendly culture in your community. You’ll leave with a toolkit of materials and a personalized plan to bring hope and support to your community in a way that aligns with your values and voice.

  • Anyone engaged in spiritual or community care
